High Speed Plumbing did a great job, starting with my phone call all the way to the end of the service. They kept me informed via text and notified me when the plumber (Armando) was on his way. Armando was great! He listened well when I described the problem, explained what he was going to do, and went to work very professionally. He cleared the drain, cleaned up, and gave a 30 day guarantee on the cleared drain. I will definitely call High Speed Plumbing the next time I have a drain issue.
When I needed help with my plumbing, High Speed Plumbing was there for me. Cesar was an all star when it came to running new water lines through my home, including new water lines for my refrigerator and a washer and dryer box. He also did work in the sewer lines of my house. Rene did a fantastic job communicating with me every step of the way. Called Juan at night about a gas leak the Gas Co, found that caused the Gas Co to red tag the meter and shut it off. Juan sent Christopher the next morning. He is a great guy with a great attitude and super professional skill. His ethics are high. High Speed I was told is a term used in military(veteran owned and staffed company) that denotes someone who is quick, resourceful and accurate at getting issues dealt with. By that standard Chris is definitely a "high speed" Thank you and may God Bless you and your Company :-) Update 2023: Due to summer gas bill going from 10 dollars up to 65 monthly, despite heaters off for the summer, needed 2 additional gas valves replaced in my 1948 house. Juan tested gas line for leaks, found 2 leaking gas valves, then Anthony replaced the valves, then Juan and Anthony retested gas line to verify that there were no further leaks. Quick, professional, one-shot service, excellent attitude, knowledge, and follow through. Use High Speed to get the job done right. High Speed isn't just their name, it's their level of skill and getting it done right, quickly. 092823 To my 10 million followers, a 2 thumbs up, recommend strongly. Update 112823: I needed help lighting the wall heater's pilot supplied by the new gas valve that High Speed installed on 092823. They came over and got it lit in no time at all. Armando and Elijah were awesome. They took the time to listen, process and provide me with a solution to my issue. Professional and attentive. Although I was asking many questions, they never lost patience with me and continued working whilst explaining and answering my questions.
Chris helped me install new faucets and repair leaky ones. High Speed Plumbing was the second company I called and their rates were much better. Chris really knows what he was doing and I will probably use the company again in the future.
My house got fumigated and the Gas company came to turn on gas and they found a leak. I called a few places got a few quotes. High speed plumbing was the only place that could come in the same day. Juan came by with another team member and I explained what was going on and in about 20 minutes they found the problem. The pricing was excellent (Juan worked with me and we came to a very agreeable and FAIR price). I have more work to be done and I will definitely be calling Juan and High Speed plumbing to handle it. Chris was one of the best plumbers I've worked with over the 20+ years I've been managing apartment buildings. Very personable guy who explained the work he was doing. Respectful of the tenants and worked neat and cleaned up after the job. Great job.
Armando from High Speed was incredible. He’s very sincere and honest and I could sense that from the moment he stepped into our house. He did top notch work and left our house clean. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable professionals. We just moved into our first house and know very little about plumbing and the headache it can cause. But, fortunately we found High Speed Plumbing on Google and they were really great. They were honest, thorough, and genuinely kind. The young lady who received my call was very courteous and helpful. She promptly sent out a work order. “Ron” arrived shortly, assessed the situation, gave a quote that was accurate, and did an excellent job- nice and efficiently. It was an emergency high-speed was here within a half hour after I called and they fixed everything and the price was reasonable. They also gave me a reasonable estimate for additional work that should be done. I’m never won to post reviews and this is probably the first time I’ve ever did it, but I was really impressed with how they took care of everything high speed was great
My kitchen sink was backed up, I tried everything. I called High speed plumbing this morning and spoke with Juan, he was amazing!!! Very kind and professional. I explained my problem and concerns and he was very understanding and said he would dispatch Chris right away. Chris was very nice and professional he explained what was happening and went over my options. The best being to water jet the kitchen drain line. Juan was wonderful and came to join Chris on working on my drain. They were very knowledgeable and were finished before I knew it. I am so happy to have found some plumbers I can trust to know what they are doing and be fair on price and not take advantage of you, they are not easy to find. Thank you so much Juan and Chris!!!!
Jimmy was very professional and punctual. As soon as he arrived he introduced himself and handed me his business card to reassure me that he was with the High Speed Plumbing Inc.I found that yi be very professional. I welcomed him in and showed him the issue with my toilet. He checked it out and explained what he would do and if that process didn't work then explained what he would have to do otherwise. Thank goodness he fixed it within 5 minutes!! Very impressive. If I ever need any plumbing again, I would call High Speed Plumbing Inc. Thank you!!
My husband and I called high speed plumbing this morning for a last minute camera inspection appointment, they quoted us the best price and we decided to go ahead and book the appointment with them, and they were able to put us on the schedule within 2 hours of calling. Jonathan was our plumber ,he was extremely punctual, friendly, and he remained completely professional for the entirety of our appointment. He did not rush through the appointment to get to the next client like a lot of other plumbers do ,he really took his time to resolve our plumbing issue, to make sure it was done correctly. We also have a big repipe job we’re getting ready for and he offered to give us a quote, he inspected the house plumbing, he took photos and then he spoke to his boss and he was able to get us a huge price reduction that will save us thousands of dollars on the repipe. We feel super relieved we got our situation resolved today and that we were able to get a much more affordable quote compared to your usual big name plumbing companies. Highly recommend to do service with them for all your plumbing needs.
Our technician found a tricky problem of a screw impinging on a pipe inside a wall causing a slow leak. His approach was professional, logical and showed his great experience. This complex problem with few clues of why the water was slowly disintigrating the stucco at the bottom of our stucco outside our house was fixed in one day.
Excellent service every time we used them they are fast and prices are fair. Just today I had a water heater change and they came out pretty fast to save the day.
I called High Speed Plumbing about hearing dripping sound in my downstairs guest bathroom. Since I could not find any water damage on the ceiling, floor, or walls, I made a non emergency appointment for next day service. Chris showed up on time the next morning. Listening to the drip sound in the downstairs bathroom he determined the problem is in the bathroom directly above the guest bathroom. Chris put his ear on the floor next to the toilet and could hear the dripping. He discussed with me what the problem could be and what he'll do to stop the dripping. After removing the toilet, he discovered that when the house was built the wax seal was improperly installed and a small crack had developed in the seal. Over time, the bowl water was slowly dripping , thus the drip noise downstairs. Chris made the repairs and now, no more noise in the down stairs bathroom. The difficult part of the job was removing the toilet. The sealant on the bottom of the toilet was really thick and strong and made it difficult to move. But Chris got the job done. Thanks

Pretty straight forward. Called them up in the evening and got an appointment for an assessment and quote the next morning. Service technician came through did his work, and the rest is history. Based on my experience I would recommend them and use their services in the future.
Great service. I had a toilet clog that I couldn't unclog. My toilet tank was broken and they arrived very quickly. The technician Chris was great. He expertly unclogged and replaced my toilet with speed and skill. He was very polite too. They did such a great job that I am going to have a couple of other non-emergency repairs done soon. I definitely recommend Chris and High Speed Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.
Johnathan was real friendly and easy going not pushing any services but gave his recommendations. Took his time so inspecting the problem area and then got to work. After the work was done he made sure to clean up the area were he was working. Would hire them again in the future.
Great job I had a problem with my shower drain been flooded and i got Christian to come fixed it and he did and excellent job. Not over priced and he was very understanding and helpful. Would come back again if I have any other problems

I'm a GC out of Lake Arrowhead. We were doing a job in La Verne, and we thought we came across what appeared to be a slab leak. I need a plumbing contractor to come out and leak test and leak locate for us immediately. I had a crazy flood in one of my apartment units at 10:30 am. I called about 10 plumbers, none of them responded except Jimmy Patino. He immediately gave us the time frame in which he would arrive, and sure enough, he promptly came to my apartment. He was highly efficient with his diagnosis and knew exactly what the issue was. Within minutes, he stopped the leakage, identified the issue and kindly explained what was going on. We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on High Speed Plumbing (Ron), who made us an offer we couldn't refuse. As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn't have a clean-out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet (indoors) was going to be really messy. Ron offered to install the clean-out line and throw in the hydro jetting for free once it was done! The total cost of installing the clean-out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal! Aside from the great deal, Ron was very pleasant, punctual, and fast working. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating any problems he encountered, explaining his recommended approach, and offering other potential solutions we could choose. All round solid professional that I would be happy to work with again. EDIT: Oh yea...while Ron was in our basement, he also noticed one of our pipes wasn't properly strapped, and fixed it for us free-of-charge. Stuff like that is going above and beyond, and really appreciated.
